Jessica Kroupa

Jessica Kroupa currently serves as the Managing Director at OpenStage Theatre & Company in Fort Collins, Colorado. She earned her B.A. in Theatre with a concentration in Design & Technology and minors in Business and Arts Administration from Colorado State University. She also pursued an MFA in Theatre Management coupled with a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management from Wayne State University.

During her time at WSU, Jessica served as a graduate research assistant in the office of Promotions and Outreach for the Theatre & Dance department, as well as a House Manager for Theatre & Dance productions and a teaching assistant for the undergraduate marketing studio classes. While at CSU, she served on the Student Advisory Council for the Theatre department as the treasurer (1 year) and president (1 year), and was the student coordinator on the KCACTF Region 7 planning committee. Upon graduation, she received the Jason Abram Hill Award for her involvement in diverse campus activities and passion for theatre.

Throughout her career, Jessica has demonstrated her passion and dedication to the arts. Past arts administration experiences include roles with the Asolo Repertory Theatre (Sarasota, Florida) and Utah Festival Opera & Musical Theatre (Logan, Utah). Administratively, she has worked in company management, marketing, development, and general administration roles. She also has experience backstage in stage management and costume design.
