Dear Colorado Theatre Community,
We at The Denver Actors Fund are incredibly proud of the state of the arts in Colorado. Our theatre community is a vibrant and growing collective of artists, and we aim to continue elevating the arts in Colorado by providing immediate financial and practical relief when members of our community find themselves in dire medical need.
In an effort to provide greater support to artists statewide, The Denver Actors Fund is developing a Theatre Ambassador Program. This program seeks to develop continuing relationships between the DAF, Colorado theaters, and Colorado artists while raising funds to support our network of artists. Our mission is to provide a source of immediate financial relief and neighborly assistance when members of the Colorado theatre community find themselves in situational medical need.
We aim to continue in that work, continue supporting the arts in Colorado, and continue serving our community of theatre artists. Thank you for being a part of this pursuit.
How does the DAF support my theatre if we decide to join the Ambassador Program? We’re so glad you asked!
We hope to have a representative in every Colorado theatre who can share our story and make sure that everyone in our theatre community is aware of the DAF and how we can assist them when in medical need. The Denver Actors Fund has appointed Regional Ambassadors for Denver, Northern, Southern, and Mountain regions of the state who will be the direct DAF liaisons for your theatre’s Ambassador.
- You decide who you would like to represent your theatre as an Ambassador! Our DAF Regional Ambassadors will keep your Ambassador up to date on DAF events and happenings and provide them with information to share with your theatre about the DAF and its offerings.
- Social media mentioning on www.denveractorsfund.org, on our Facebook page, www.facebook.com/DenverActorsFund, and our Instagram at www.instagram.com/denveractorsfund/ for the duration of your DAF support.
- If you decide to do any fundraising programs with the DAF, we will provide you with the tools necessary to get up and running! If you are interested please let your Regional Ambassador know and we’ll help in any way we can.
